Will, the desk host when we arrived was very friendly and helpful in helpig us locate a very nice evening meal at the Amana Colonies.

1. Dust was so think on the tv screen I could write a message on it. 2. I felt the sheets were NOT fresh...they were very wrinkled...like they had been slept in before we arrived???? Quality Control is necessary. 3. Light over lav. turned off during evening .....and would not come back on...next morning it came on for a little bit and then off again.

Would have liked a donut and coffee around 5 an we had to leave before breakfast was served at 6am

My husband had to have surgery very early in the morning and we decided to come the night before and we've previously stayed at AmericInn's because we enjoy the facility and didn't want to stay anywhere else

That we had to leave so early in the morning that we didnt get to enjoy breakfast.

After a last-minute flight cancellation, I found a cozy room. The two queen beds were surprisingly comfortable, and the reliable Wi-Fi made it easy to get work done. I enjoyed their complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh pastries. Pro tip, bring your own snacks, as the fridge's space is limited.

I really appreciated the good breakfast that the morning staff member opened early for my early departure and the excellent evening front desk staff who were helpful , making my experience enjoyable as I explored nearby landmarks and parks.

Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.

I would have liked a larger size jacuzzi. Really only room for one person.

My room was comfortable and clean, with all necessary amenities. I particularly appreciated the complimentary breakfast available as early as 4:30 AM, which allowed me to fuel up before heading out.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and the common areas were very clean. The staff were attentive.

everything here was exceptional, i would like to stay there on the next trip. the total stay was fairly nice on vacation. units with a hot tub. very helpful and excellent staff members provided a few recommendations. the location was favourable and unbeatable, just off the outlet mall, airport parking- and the food area and easily accessible.
